Store-Specific Terms
1. Product Information
We strive to accurately describe all ant-related products and starter kits. Species availability depends on seasonal and environmental factors.
2. Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee the live arrival of queen ants and colonies only if they remain sealed in their original test tube or container. If moved or altered before reporting a problem, the guarantee is void. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. All live ants are packaged with care for safe UK-wide delivery. International shipping may be restricted based on species regulations.
4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of live insects, refunds are not available once ants have been dispatched. For damage or incorrect shipments, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Care Responsibility
Customers are responsible for proper care and housing of ants post-arrival. Huntys Ant Haven holds no liability for colony issues caused by incorrect husbandry.
